WATER TREATMENT

Sodium Persulphate 65g/kg
Corrosion inhibitor and pH adjuster used in conjunction with Nylate.

Chlorine 680g/kg
A briquette form of calcium hypochlorite. Can be used for manual dosing or for controlled auto dosing using the patented IF3 Feeder. APVMA approved. 150g Frexus (approx 22 briquettes) in 1000L water produces a 100ppm solution.

Alkaline salts 60g/L
Water balancer for produce wash treatments. Used in conjunction with Nylate recirculation and filtration systems.

Bromo chloro dimethyl hydrantoin 920g/kg (580g/kg chlorine equiv)
A cost-effective low rate twin biocide product which is administered through an automated, filtered system; less corrosion and lower odour than chlorine products. APVMA registered; widely used for treating fruit and vegetable wash water.

Bromo chloro dimethyl hydrantoin 350g/L (200g/L chlorine equiv)
A ready to use flowable, designed for batch treatment of wash water for control of human pathogens on a wide range of fruit and vegetables Rate of 50mL per 1000L water produces a 10ppm solution.

Peroxyacetic 160g/L acid plus hydrogen peroxide 110g/L
Controls the growth of bacteria in the process and wash water for processing of fruit and vegetables. One label rate of 480mL per 1000L and suggested 45 second contact time. Registered by APVMA.

200g/kg available chlorine as dichloroisocyanurate
High strength granular chlorine. Buffered form of chlorine which maintains strength over greater pH range and higher organic matter contamination than other chlorines Rate of 500g in 1000l water produces 100ppm solution.

Hydrochloric, Phosporic or Citric Acid
Especially formulated for mixing 1:1 with Vibrex for activation before introduction to water. Choice of acid depends on intended use.

30,000ppm available chlorine dioxide
Stabilised chlorine dioxide activated by one of three acids; see below. Used in wash water treatment, bio-film control, media sanitation and mushroom treatment. Broad spectrum, over wide pH range. APVMA approved.
